This instrument can detect both hydrogen and carbon dioxide, as well as oxygen. Can be used for atmosphere monitoring at all stages of generator operation, shutdown, replacement, etc.

It uses thermal conductivity detection principle to detect hydrogen and carbon dioxide, and uses electrochemical primary cell principle to detect oxygen. The core detection component is a constant temperature thermal conductivity sensor and electrochemical oxygen sensor with temperature compensation function. The thermal conductivity sensor consists of two chambers, each with an identical thermal conductivity meter. One of the chambers is sealed and filled with reference gas, while the other chamber receives sample gas. The controller converts the difference in thermal conductivity between the reference gas and the sample gas into the current concentration value of the detection sample gas. Electrochemical oxygen sensors are designed to measure oxygen and can be used in gases containing hydrogen and carbon dioxide.


The instrument is enclosed in a sturdy waterproof casing. It is powered by rechargeable batteries and can be used continuously for more than 8 hours.


  There are different gas path design options to adapt to different high and low pressure gas source detection.

  

The large LCD displays the detected concentration, as well as information and prompts that appear when using the menu to set and calibrate the instrument. The instrument panel has a self fault diagnosis function. If a fault occurs, the instrument panel will display corresponding fault prompt information.


Optional analog outputs of 0-1V, 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA, as well as RS232/RS485/HART digital outputs.
